No. 28: Skillet Chicken Vesuvio

I made this for dinner on Friday. Simple to make, but very flavorful. It got a "pretty good" rating from Henry, which means we'll probably have it again.

Is the last picture of it in the glass dish how you served it, or did you bake it after it was on the stovetop? I *love* one dish dishes, because it's less work for me in the end!

It's just how I served it. We had leftovers, so it was just easier to put it in the glass dish.
